Step 1
Today we will be making a button using ms paint. First what you need to do is have the right size. You do this by pulling up ms paint then clicking ctrl + e and an Attribute window should pop up. You should see two numbers click on the first box with width next to it then enter 88. The second number should have height next to it click that number and enter either 15 or 31 depending on what size you want your button.

Step 2
Now it is time to add a background you can add a cool background or you could use an image. You can do this by copying your image and paste it onto your button. If you get a window saying "Would you like to make the canvas bigger?" then answer no. By clicking no you can move your image around to get a part of the image and make it look cool.

Step 3
This step is the easiest step adding text. Click on the big "A" and add the text by left-clicking on the button where you want the top left corner of your text box to be and hold it while you make your text box. Add your text now, you can edit your text by using the text toolbar. See wasn't that easy!!!

Step 4
Outlining the text may be the most time consuming part of this tutorial. Go to View>>Zoom>>Large size. You should see a larger size of your button you can use every tool except text. Edit your button how ever you want and you can outline your text with the brush tool. Now save your project under .gif (if you are not doing step 5 then just save it normally).

Step 5 (Optional)
In this step you will be animating your button. All you have to do is change your button a little bit and save it as the same name but add a number to identify each frame. If you do not have an animator CLICK HERE and download the EXE file only (this is a reliable safe link). Now you can open a file in GIFAnimator and add your frames by using the insert page button(two pages and a plus sign over it). Now click the play button if it is too fast click Image>>Duration then enter how many seconds you want that frame to last do this to each frame. After that click on Animation then look for Loop and fill that in and then fill in Repeat forever. You have just made a button!!! Click on the "Link to Us" link to see some buttons made by me.
